Due to the nature of the pre-planning Adrenaline Lacrosse has a no refunds policy.

However, an Adrenacredit (aka: a credit) for a future Adrenaline program may be issued if it is proven through valid Medical Documentation that a player is physically unable to participate in an event.

PROCEDURES TO RECEIVE ADRENACREDIT 

1. contact us via email at info@adrenalinelacrosse.com with the player's name and event that will be missed.

2. If the player is physically unable to participate in an event please mail medical documentation to:

3. Adrenaline will send a confirmation email.

4. Prior to registering for your next Adrenaline Program please forward the "Adrenaline Refund Confirmation" email to info@adrenalinelacrosse.com. 

5. An Adrenacredit coupon code will be emailed for equal or lesser value.

**POLICY: In the rare circumstance of a refund, the processing fee is not included. Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to issue a refund.  Any refund issued will be sent to the contact name and address on the registration form.  There are no exceptions."

**No refunds will be given for weather cancellations**
