OFFICIAL SAN DIEGO SPRING YOUTH LACROSSE LEAGUE*
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: The California Youth Lacrosse League has firmly established itself as the official youth spring league in the San Diego area for Boys & Girls. With over 10 years of successful league play, and over 700 players, CYLSD is truly the premier spring lacrosse experience in San Diego. (SEE PAST CHAMPIONS IN MENU) Each regional lacrosse program has a strong feeder system which is established via the community based marketing efforts of the Adrenaline grassroots team. These firmly established and robust programs allows CYLSD to have both an A division composed of the absolute top youth players in San Diego as well as a B division at each level which allows beginners and late bloomers to play at an appropriate level. This model has been wildly successful in not only fostering the best competition in San Diego but also allowing beginners to grow into talented young players. CYL is the only league in the area with divisions for grades 1st-6th grade for boys and 1st-8th grade for girls. Included in this league are youth programs that feed directly into some of the strongest high school teams in San Diego including; Coronado, Torrey Pines, Bishops, Cathedral, Carlsbad and La Costa Canyon. (CHECK REGIONAL FEEDER SYSTEMS IN MENU) Organizationally CYL utilizes a central league organization model to make it easy for players to have a quality experience. All fees are paid up front and Adrenaline administers all of the league operations including team logistics and coaching placement. What further sets this league apart from the rest are the experienced coaches that are provided to each program via the Adrenaline coaching staff. Each coach has an extensive playing resume and knowledge of the game which they pass onto the players. You have to be coached by the best to be the best. Players in regions without teams can also enter the player pool where they will be placed on the appropriate team based on location and convenience. Please register now! RENTAL EQUIPMENT: Rental equipment is currently sold out, and is no longer available for the spring 2010 season. REGISTRATION: All registration is done conveniently and securely online. Choose the appropriate regional team during the registration process or enter into the player pool where regional teams don’t exist. Player pool players will be placed on the appropriate team closest to them.
